Episode 40 - The Year of the Food Truck

It's been one year since the Oklahoma Independent Food Truck Association (OIFTA) formed. Since then they have gone from 4 trucks to 53 and counting. In honor of their one year anniversary and to recognize the ever growing food truck industry here in Oklahoma September 21st has been declared Food Truck Day!
